What is ThunderGene? 
ThunderGene is an all-in-one blockchain project platform consisting of blockchain APIs, a project console, and a wallet service. This tool can be used by companies and projects of all sizes and across all industries that are seeking to create blockchain products or utilize tokenized digital assets as part of their strategies.
What blockchain networks does ThunderGene support?
Currently, ThunderGene only supports ThunderCore Blockchain

How should I use ThunderGene?
We have guides that can help you to create your tokens and NFT collections.  
What file type should I use for my NFT collection?
We don’t host any media and image files. Instead, ThunderGene only hosts the metadata associated with the NFT collection. We essentially support any type of file as long as they are compatible with the NFT marketplaces and the product/DApps that will display the NFTs.

What marketplaces do you support?
We currently support NFTMall.
Where can we get TT tokens?
There are many places that you can get TT, including exchanges, via credit cards, or even decentralized exchanges, learn more on how to Get TT via this article.
Is there an API available?
Yes! Please visit the API doc or client API demo repo to learn more about the APIs.
What type of plans do you offer?
We provide monthly and yearly plans. For more information, check out our list of premium plans. 
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept TT and USDC.
Note: For users who select yearly plans, ThunderCore PoS will have a validator dedicated to ThunderGene users by Q1 2023. Payment made before the launch of the validator will be transferred to the validator’s address by ThunderGene. Users who join ThunderGene after the launch of the validator will conduct the transaction directly to the validator’s address. 
How can I promote my project on ThunderCore?
We offer many promotional packages to help your projects gain maximum exposure on ThunderCore’s vibrant ecosystem. If you’re a DApp, you can get listed on the TT Wallet to learn more. 
Do I need to know how to code to create NFTs and tokens?
Not at all! The beauty of ThunderGene is that it allows users to create NFTs and tokens without any smart contract coding skills. ThunderGene is your gateway into Web3. 
How much is the gas fee to mint/transfer/burn NFTs on TunderGene?
At the moment, it’s free. However, we do reserve the right to change any terms and conditions. 
Do you plan on supporting any other blockchains?
We would love to! Let us know what other blockchains you’d like us to support on Twitter/Discord/Telegram. 
Can I create ERC-20 tokens?
Yes! You can create and issue your ERC-20 tokens. Visit the token tutorial to learn more about the process. 
When my membership ends, do I lose my NFTs and tokens I minted on ThunderGene?
Upon the end of your subscription, you won’t be able to create new projects. However, you’ll still be able to manage your existing projects. 
Your subscription will be converted to a free plan when you cancel your plan. If you decide to cancel/downgrade your subscription, your account will automatically be subscribed to the free plan, and you can still sign in to your account with the same password and username.
Can I add to an existing collection I made on NFTMall, ThunderGene?
No, once you’ve minted a collection, you can’t continue adding more to an existing contract with ThunderGene and NFTMall. Instead, you will have to start with a new collection.
